What is the last movie you watched and what did you think?
Wicked For Good (2025) Had some friends that wanted to see it plus my mom, so went and saw it again. I liked it a lot more, but I would argue the bubble song is unneeded and could be cut or at least trimmed, still not sure how I feel about pacing. 7.5/10 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ /⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Avatar The Way Of Water (2022) This was the big one I had to rewatch with the sequel journey for me tmrw night at the theater, I really enjoyed this, I split it over 2 days cause it's so long, but it earns it. While I could say yes it's a bit too long it yet does not have really a single scene I'd outright argue is bad and needs to be removed, could it be better? Sure, not perfect but very close, it's gorgeous and everything clicks! 9.9/10 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ /⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Avatar Fire & Ash (2025) is wonderful, I really enjoyed this movie, I didn't feel it was a complete rehash of Way Of Water, it went in interesting directions, it was darker, it was longer, but overall I really enjoyed it. I felt overall enjoyability wise everything was gorgeous and it had some amazing sequences!! The music was also wonderful the character moments were great, I really liked it. (spoiler hidden) 9/10 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐/⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Sorry for the late response I had just got back from Bristol when I saw your replies, I,ll keep those things in mind if I do end up doing Fanedits of movies or TV series where I keep most of the 15+ or 18+ Certified content. (Content Warnings will be in my listings if I do such edits of said age ratings) Honestly that's understandable, there are just as many mature and responsible adults as there are immature and irresponsible adults on the internet so it always helps to have a contingency plan for the various possible outcomes should said outcomes occur. The sound of that small form to clarify the reason for the report definitely brings a sense of reassurance, I remember YouTube's report feature being absolutely terrible and prone to abuse back in the day, hopefully that,ll improve someday. Anyway thanks for clarifying the details triadne and I hope the holiday season is treating you well however it is you spend the holiday season that is.

Oh sorry I should probably add, clicking the report button brings up a small form so you can input a reason. You can safely press the button to see that without sending a report.

It's a good question. I think it's there to be used under good judgement. So if you see a fanedit and you think there's a problem, if the listing has inappropriate cusswords or if it is overly descriptive of R type content or if it has other issues. Maybe it give you information on another user, or some other problem. Maybe it's a grind house of a kids movie and not giving adequate warning. And yeas the illegal and adult material reason you mentioned.

report button and admin tools
Out of curiosity and for clarity what would clasify as ''objectionable content'' for a Fanedit other than say violation of the No Pornography and Illegal Materials rule? Since standard officially released movies and TV shows go from the U Rating to the 18+ Rating with various degrees of tastes that appeal to different kinds of people depending on the genre, personal preferences and subject matter that said media explores in there various forms of storytelling. Or has the report button feature been added to Fanedits to address the no pornography and illegal content rules so that if such content of a Fanedit falls under illegal content or pornography it can be reported quicker?

report button and admin tools
I've added a report button to forum messages, fanedits and fan worker profiles, so that users can report objectionable content. The report fires off an email directly to me. I can then use the new admin tool to view each message or fanedit, etc and can edit where necessary and I can disable a user account from that screen. In time I could create more advanced moderation tools, but for now it will suffice. btw, please don't use the report button frivolously, as it could get irritating to receive a lot of emails.

What is the last movie you watched and what did you think?
I watched a couple recently! The Dark Tower (2017) This was a fun movie, as someone who has not read the novels, I knew this was gonna be different, and I didn't know how I'd like it, but I really enjoyed it. It's got a script that's tight enough it never really drags, cool visual effects, a fun music score, and a great lead in Idris Elba, who really gives a dramatic and fun pressance. The film's also fun, twisted and dark but still has this entertainment out of his performance, to make the more creepy elements not feel so dark. On that note, the dark elements such as the "demons" look more like something akin to Aliens. Biggest holdup was probably the choppy editing in the beginning, but otherwise I think it's a fun film. 7/10 Green Lantern (2011) This was not that great, I didn't hate it, but I didn't get anything monumental or special out of it. While I've not read Green Lantern I have to admit it's story is weak, and the emotions are flat, anything set up or gripping is forgotten for a generic story of courage, and I can see why it didn't do well. It's ending legit becomes the most generic climax, villain is an idiot and dies, then big CGI battle which is solved within five minutes. I didn't hate it, but not great. 4/10 - maybe even lower - Not sure. ⭐ ⭐ /⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Avatar (2009) This film is a masterpiece in imagination and visual excellence, the films visuals are top notch, still gorgeous in 2025, with places such as the tree of souls and the night ceremonies being wallpaper worthy, they are gorgeous, the films ideas of tackling industrial taking over natives, while clunky has good merit, it's themes are unfortunately not made up, but true realities. I really liked the movie, a bit long and some places a bit brief, but overall really good, and I can't wait to see the third film this Thursday.

Who Is This Guy?
Greetings Prism and thanks for dropping a message, I enjoy my fair share of Superhero movies to though I haven't kept up with the modern MCU & DC Film stuff for some time. Maybe one day I,ll give em a watch when I have the time and motivation. I am more of a Cat Film person than a Dog Film person not that I think there's anything necessary wrong with dog movies I just have more of a personal preference for cats. I really need to play Minecraft again someday my old iMac was barely able to handle it after a while though perhaps my current iMac will fair better, building Adventure Maps in Creative Mode than testing them in Adventure Mode was immense fun for me especially when I knew how to use certain Command Block and Redstone combinations.

What is the last movie you watched and what did you think?
Lady & The Tramp (1956) A Great piece of Disney Animation, this film just is well frankly perfect, and sure maybe you could improve some things, but it all comes together. I admit I'm biased cause I love dogs, but the dogs are so likable, the music is great, the art style is not grand in a sense of an epic, but it creates a beautiful look to everything. When you see the neighborhood Lady lives in, you want to live there! Tramp also is a very fun character, the voice acting but also how much and how little we know. All in all, it's just a great story of loyalty from a man's best friend mixed with romance only the way Disney could do it! I loved it. 10/10 Lady & The Tramp II: Scamps Adventure (2001) That honestly was not as great as I remembered. While I enjoy it still quite a bit, as I love dogs and like the characters, its flaws are more noticeable. Not even that it's a repeat of the first in concept, but it's also just sort of bad, it's animation definitely has flaws that are noticeable. It's story of father and son is not well developed. Tramp does not tell Scamp of his past life, even when Scamp needs to hear it most, and the interaction they have about him deciding whether or not to go home or stay a Junkyard dog comes within the ending 25 minutes and is completely undone when he urgently needs help. That part I don't mind, after all it's a realization he needs a loving family over self and free reign without love, but the emotion isn't there more then just a surface level. The voice-cast also isn't splendid, no one does a bad job per-say, but you can definitely tell a teen / adult is voicing a puppy, and Buster's voice to singing is very different and jarring. I'd recommend it if you have kids and like the original sure, but it's not anything special. 6.5-7/10

Marley & Me - Prisms Extended Edition
Whose a good boy? This one's for the dogs! Hello everyone, so I am working on a fan edit of 2008's Marley & Me starring Jeniffer Aniston and Owen Wilson, that puts in multiple if not ALL of the films numerous deleted scenes. This is more of a passion project then a fan-fix. I just love the movie and want to make an extended edit for viewing!

What is the last movie you watched and what did you think?
I've watched a lot the last week so here is all of the respective reviews: Cinderella (1950) This is a really good movie. It's classic Disney, it's a classic Princess story, it's a great movie. Cinderella may not be perfect writing wise, and I'll agree it's cast of characters can overshadow the plot but they don't seem too that much. Everyone helps Cinderella and when Cinderella needs time to show emotion so we can empathize she gets it. The films beautifully animated and without it we wouldn't have any future Disney. 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Predator Badlands (2025) This might be the best action film of 2025 hands-down. I've not seen a lot, but oh my gosh is this film amazing. The action, the music, the visuals, the plot, all of it really works to create maybe not a perfect experience but one that truly is rewarding for newcomers to the franchise. I loved the action in this film specifically, the first 10 minutes has one of the best sword fights I've seen in years (laser swords) Whatever. It's great! I love the music as well, oh it oozes with creativity and spectacle. It's ending feels a bit bland and not as epic as it's start, but still it's very fun! 9.5/10 - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Zootopia (2016) A great Disney film, honestly a great movie in general. I don't remember the last time I saw it, but I had a blast, I think I appreciate it more now as an adult for it's themes of prejudice and stereotype issues and really appreciate it trying to say something apart from being entertaining. It's still beautifully animated and I love the song "Try Everything! 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Zootopia 2 (2025) A great sequel, it's emotional like the first, it's as entertaining as the first, and I would argue also tries to address like the first, real issues in society. It's a great sequel where you can tell time and care was organically taken and the result is a great product. However, it's themes don't feel as vividly addressed as the first films themes were. Furthermore, where they take the characters, could've gone further. But still it's highly enjoyable! 8/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wicked For Good (2025) Wicked For Good is ironically, very good! It's a great movie in fact, while I don't think it reaches the heights the first film does, it still on occasion has moments that surpass and you can clearly tell that a true effort was made to make this feel like one continuous experience. The film has beautiful songs, visuals, character growth and depth, and Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo both shine with awesome performances! It's a film that deserves to be seen at the cinema. It does struggle at time with pacing, but it's not a train wreck, just you can feel it's a bit short at some moments, that things need to perhaps breathe more. 8/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐/⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Alice In Wonderland (1951) This film frankly is one of the most boring animated Disney films I've seen so far, it's got a lot of creative ideas but no plot that makes them compelling or interesting, it's tone is bizarre and it's so wacky, I actually prefer Tim Burton's version because it's idk, has a plot at least? This film is so boring. It is way too long. 4/10 ⭐⭐/⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Peter Pan (1953) is quite a good movie, I was sort of not sure how I'd feel on my most recent rewatch, but I actually really enjoyed it. It's stereotypes and racism of the Indians is unacceptable but clearly a product of the 1950s, otherwise it's quite a fun feature. I would've liked to have seen a darker adaptation but for what we got it's a classic and charming! ⭐⭐⭐/⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've added emoji button to the toolbar. 😎 I have worked on the reply form. now there is a reply form at the bottom of each topic. the reply button next to each post now includes a quote of that post. Each post now has it's own id tag and opening a topic can go right to the identified post. I will probably need to make that url accesible from the post number. the email notifications should now include a direct url to the new post.

What is the last movie you watched and what did you think?
Popeye (1980) This is one of the most unhinged films I've ever seen, it's frankly kinda terrible, but gets away with it through it's cast and it's audience. It's a kids movie, and it's a fun one at that, I still enjoy it even though I'm not a kid, I love Robin Williams as an actor. It's funny, it's a musical, but it's bonkers. Honestly 6/10 Annie (1982) I watched this film for the first time last night, and honestly the movie is pure bliss and joy. I loved the music, I really liked the story, sure I've seen the Wonderful World Of Disney version but this one in many ways is so much richer. It's not perfect, it's a bit anticlimactic post battle, but overall it's a great cinematic treat. Miss Hannigan is frankly insane and psychotic in this version with her drinking, advances and mistreatment, my biggest question was why is she at the end party? She should be in prison! I did really enjoy it, like I said it's got some chipped edges but overall I loved it! 9.5/10
