Safety Assessment, to comply with online safety act

I've create a safety assessment to ensure compliance with the law.
I would prefer to allow appropriate discussions as would happen in a public place like the park, a restaurant, etc. but UK law seems to be a bit of a mess at the moment, so I need to be more stringent.

Whilst public registration is not open yet, I need to have this in place before I do open it up. I welcome all feedback, opinions, etc.

Yeah I am definitely not a fan of the UK law changes that have been made or are attempting to be made recently and I say that as someone from the UK.

I do feel that monitored private messaging is a bit of a double edged sword as on one hand it's an invasion of privacy and one could just use the report button to inform staff of dodgy activity, on the other hand though it would allow staff to react faster in dealing with troublemakers especially if the user feels to scared to use the report button.

Probably isn't an issue for those who optionally choose to leave there email addresses available or if they have other means of contacting someone online as they can have private encrypted discussions elsewhere.

Otherwise I see no issues with this sites online safety act and am still invested in it's development and eventual population of fanmade content.

Thanks for the perspective. I am also concerned with the potential invasion of privacy, so I need to have some form of lock on it, so a moderator or admin can't just go snooping. When I eventually do set up direct messaging, I'll need to think very carefully how to balance privacy and safety.
